Breathwork is a truly unique & special form of healing, an ancient tool of cleansing, connection & spiritual practice which is now getting rediscovered by humanity, at a critical moment in our existence.

Rebirthing breathwork is the Yin of breathwork. (Just as Holotropic breathing method would be the Vinyasa class, Rebirthing is the gentle but powerful Yin class).

The feminine, the nurturer, the healer, the spiritual, the mother, the wise, the gentle (but no less powerful!).

A route to truly rewiring our parasympathetic nervous system, but which goes so much deeper than this too.

I believe this modality to be one of actual self transformation, the journey into one’s fullest & richest potential, and the path to profound connection to Self & Spirit.

There’s breathing, and then there’s b r e a t h i n g. Space to breathe ourselves & the magic that unfolds from conscious connected breaths - is medicine in its rawest, most accessible form. And is far better experienced than described!

Giving our subconscious an opportunity to be seen & heard & to heal, to reveal our absolute truth, our dreams & our Self layer by layer.

Every “breathe” (i.e. session) has offered new insights, cleansing on deeper levels, connection to & understanding of my Self and to Source, Divinity & my Higher Self in ways I have never experienced.

We have so many layers to heal, more than we can recall in any one moment. The subtle, accumulative journey that rebirthing breathwork leads us on is exactly that - a journey of our rebirth. Every journey is divinely orchestrated so that we unravel consciously & authentically, reconnect to our true path, and finally start L I V I N G ❤️

Dates & Times (please make sure you can attend all 5 before signing up as this will be a shared journey and transferring to another course won't be possible). We will start at 6, if this is too early but you really want to attend so let me know as a later start time is possible.
