An evening of Ecstatic Dance & Connection

Guys, this will be my last event before we head off in a van for two months! And it’s also three days before my birthday, so basically, you HAVE to come! 🎉

A nighttime journey through dance, movement, healing music & deep connection.

To start, we will drop in, arrive in our bodies and connect with ourselves deeply. We will then be guided to expand that connection outwardly to others in this dancing community through gentle, heart-opening, self-enlightening connection games.

And then, we move.

With amazing music speaking to our bodies, we will be guided by the rhythms into finding true freedom, true expression, through dance and movement.

One of the biggest points of ecstatic dance is going on a journey of lovingly overriding the ego. All the fear, all the insecurities, all the limiting self-beliefs and thought patterns - we dance through them. We find freedom in our bodies, freedom in who we are.

Through this practice, we learn how to show up as ourselves in this world authentically and unapologetically.

How freely you can move on the dance floor equates to how freely you can live your life.

So come to move, come to unlearn, come to explore, come to evolve yourself, come to connect inwardly and outwardly.

And come to dance with me one last time before I’ll be back in May! 🌟💫✨
