What a combo ❤️ Combining Authentic Relating & Rebirthing Breathwork makes for a powerful recipe of self discovery and energetical healing.
Authentic Relating is done in pairs or small groups, a way for us to wet other humans on authentic, real leaves, and unravel our truths in safe, connecting, and heart opening ways.
Rebirthing breathwork is the spiritual form of Breathwork, the Yin of Breathwork as it is nasal breathing with the essence of gentleness. Profound insights, visions, downloads and messages are a common occurrence, on top of pure cellular cleansing and energetical upgrades. It really has to be experienced to be believed!
I'll be holding two of these special evenings throughout August: Monday 14th & Thursday 31st, 18:30-21:00.
