Authentic Woman: A 5-Week Journey of Transformation, Connection & Empowerment

A well-needed, well-overdue & well-deserved space for women to gather together. All with the same intention: to heal, to grow, to finally connect with their truest, highest, wisest self, to realise their worth and potential, be able to live in their powerful authenticity, to come from a place of strength and unconditional love, to find the divine feminine within so that they may hold healing space for themselves and for others.

A safe and sacred space for us women to delve deep into ourselves, to unpack our pain and grow from it, to connect to our truth, to shed old outdated layers, to raise our vibration, to know ourselves and to live a life we love while loving ourselves in all our glory. 

This course will be a journey through all the most freeing and empowering tools available to us; movement, dance, voice, breathwork, music, sound, connection, togetherness, inner child & shadow work, authentic relating & so much more that can't be explained with words. No evening will be exactly the same.

The Self-Enquiry part of this journey is the most hard to put into words, but so incredibly powerful at catalysing healing, insight and transformation. Self-Enquiry circles exist all over the world. On top of circling, activities and topics in pairs and small groups give the tangible opportunity to unpack our outdated stories, to reflect and renew our self beliefs, to have others perceptions of us help shape new beliefs, to really go into our triggers, scripts and cycles so that we can completely cleanse the perception and understanding we have of ourselves so that we move forward in life with a much deeper self connection, wider self understanding and true compassion towards ours & others being.
