after a landslide vote, this upcoming Monday there will be a Gong Bath under the full moon in honour of the autumn equinox ~
we will drink our intentions for the next chapter through sacred cacao, release physical tension through a few gorgeous stretches, then allow ourselves to be immersed into the healing powers of sound & vibration <3
