Ah, these sessions! A ceremony of intention, movement, breath. A ceremony of self. A journey through stretch, intuition movement, Ibiza style beats, to experiencing full sovereignty.

Movement is truly medicine, and in this session we experience this truth at its absolute.

Starting with meditation and intention. We arrive into our body and let the outer world melt away.

Then we start with stretching movements, as at the beats and tempo build, as does our range of motion, our fluidity, our ability to release stagnant and heavy energies, and our sense of total liberation and sovereignty.

It’s so beautiful, and so better experienced that explained! Any fear narrative you have about this session will melt away as soon as we begin, I’ve seen this happen a hundred times and it quickly becomes people’s favourite experience.
