Calm Yin Flow & Sound Bath

These gorgeous sessions are deep nourishment for soul and body. Attending first to physical tension release through calm, expansive stretches, intuitive flows and long exhales. After an hour of ironing out the full body, we settle in to a cosy nest with blankets, bolsters and cushions, and are carried away through healing sound waves and vibrational massage, via the immense gong and crystal sound bowls.
