These events are the ultimate combination of release & liberation.

Through somatic, body-led, body-felt movement we start gently and let the movement expand as the Ibiza style beats shows the way.

Tension and stagnation within the body is released, and inner liberation is found. A true expression of freedom and joy. Truly experiencing movement as medicine.

We bring the tempo down through stretching, eventually landing us on our mat, in our own bubble, to ground with a sound healing savasana.
