We bring the tempo down through stretching, eventually landing us on our mat, in our own bubble, to ground with a sound healing savasana

And in this special edition we will be exploring womb connection and healing: powerful, insightful, important work which as a woman is connected to so many levels of our being and health. I’m so passionate about this work and excited to share it, and combine it with my favourite Elemental Dance evenings.
