Cleanse, reset & raise your vibration under the November Full Moon.
Come in your warm and cosy clothes and get tucked into your nest. Infusing our intentions into Mama Cacao, being guided on a journey through gentle movement to relieve tension and tightness from the physical body, then releasing all stagnant and heavy energies through the power of a cosmic, vibrational sound journey with gongs and bowls.
