Gather Retreat Day

A safe space for us to check in with ourselves a little deeper, to invite our life trajectory into deeper alignment with our true nature. Diving into what it means to authentically connect with our divine feminine nature, to go beyond insecurity and fear, to claim boundaries and authenticity. 

Through the gentle self-exploratory modalities of movement, breath, stillness, sharing, connection and nature, this space offers us a loving opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, to reignite our journey of self expansion, deep self enquiry and healing of repeated cycles & expired behaviours.

1:30 - 2:30pm Sharing Circle

2:30 - 3pm Nutritious Lunch

3 - 4pm Free Time (by the pool/in the pool/wild lake swimming/in the garden)

4 - 5:30pm Yin Yoga & Sound Journey

5:30 - 6pm Closing Circle
