Halloween, despite it's modern accessories of sweets and fancy dress, is considered a powerful turning point in the wheel of the year. 

Halloween signifies the cycle of life and death, birth and rebirth.

As the lighter, warmer summer months officially come to a close, we enter the darker, colder seasons. This is the time to slow down, pause. To go inwards and reflect. What do you need to cleanse, release, let go of? In order for you to arise into the next version of the more healed, more whole you.

This is the time to let go of all heavier, darker, more negative energies. The energies in your life which bring you down and hold you back. Let the gong assist in this transformation of rebirth into your lighter, more positive, more authentic self. Your true self of love, light and positivity. Your true energy which no negative energy can penetrate. 

Let's let die all that we are ready to let go of.

And let's allow all which is ready to be born to arise.
