Immense healing capability lies within inner child work. The shadows we carry in life today are a result of the unseen, unheard & unloved moments inflicted upon our younger selves.
Through this sacred work an opportunity opens for us to journey inwards and finally see, hear, love & heal those parts of ourselves, and finally find resolution to the negative self-beliefs and behaviour patterns these shadows have perpetuated up until now.
