Inner Child Healing Workshop

These special evenings offer a totally unique experience, a deeply eye opening route to self discovery, self understanding, self love and self healing.

Shadow work and Inner child work are intrinsically connected. Through this special work we are able to gain access into some of the deepest parts of ourselves, and unlock layers of healing that have been locked within our younger versions of self. We are able to gain insight into our journey from birth to now, to see how different experiences shaped us, and to rewrite negative cycles and change the script of our life.

Through this guided journey we are offered a chance to find true understanding and compassion for our whole selves, for our whole journey, so that we may step into our strongest, truest, most authentic Self.

This is special, powerful and unique work, with huge potential for deep and true healing and self enlightenment.

A journey of meditation, movement, breathwork, sound journeying and then a guided visualisation inwards offer a lovingly curated journey into a deeply restful state, where we can gain insight into our deepest parts, and find healing through witnessing our inner children.
