As we navigate this gentle upward spiral of life, these sound ceremonies offer us a regular check-in with ourselves, in order to stay lovingly present with our healing journies. A peaceful moment to be in total solitude, to heal through the cleansing modalities of yoga, meditation, breathwork, intention, ceremonial cacao, sound, and rest.
