Let us be held in circle by each other, share our experiences of motherhood in all its multitude of layers

Gentle yoga, mamas circle, reflective practice, gentle breathwork, sound healing.
Small babes welcome. Flow with them and their needs with no expectation on you at any point. Simply being there to be held in each moment.
