An evening to come and unwind, rest and restore under the new moon, to welcome healing intentions with heart-warming cacao medicine, as we move forward into another autumn - releasing old cycles & entering into new ones.
We will sit and share in circle supported with nourishing cacao, before we release physical and emotional baggage which is ready to be released through the magick of yin yoga and breathwork, before surrendering to a blissful sound journey with the Gong.
An evening of deep restoration and healing.
Come in your cosiest clothes, with blankets, pillows, eye masks and water.Â
