Rebirthing Breathwork & Sound Healing | Winter Solstice Edition

Rebirthing Breathwork is in a lane of it's own when it comes to Breathwork.

Breathwork is taking the world by storm: and rightly so, it's healing capabilities are phenomenal and undeniable and being experienced by tens of thousands of people today. Breathwork we typically see is strong, "super-ventilation", exagerrated breath. Perhaps it coudl be defined as the masculine form of breathwork. It can be hard work, and it can produce really powerful outcomes, particularly when it comes to energy releases (see my "Breathwork and Sound Journey" events for this kind of breathwork).

Rebirthing Breathwork, however, is the opposite of this. Gentle, soft, feminine almost. The feminine form of breathwork, perhaps.
