Don’t be put off by its name, this dancefloor is a safe, non-judgemental, joyful and beautiful place. A place to tune in and become embodied, a place to allle our bodies listen to the music and lead the way, a place for us to dance like no ones watching, perhaps to dance like we’ve always wanted to, in a way that genuinely feels amazing, akin to massage by movement. A movement practice of releasing tension, finding out true expression, experiencing real joy and a sense of sovereignty and freedom, establishing deep inner connection and the drive to show up authentically.
