A journey of connection, meditation, intention, wild rhythm movement & beats, holotropic-style breathwork ✨
The resounding statement I hear is that the movement element of these journeys elicits major fear in people, but as soon as they’re in it they love it and then feel absolutely amazing afterwards & it becomes their favourite part! It is *movement therapy*, tuning into the frequency of freedom & liberating our true self.
