Yin, Breathwork & Sound Journey

Get warm in your cosiest clothes and blankets and come as you are, to be welcomed into a safe and loving space for you to receive, for you to be.

An evening just for you: to let the outside world momentarily fall away, and for you to drop in and connect inward, and do the work your soul is patiently waiting for you to do.

We start with arrival and connecting with the group in some small way, causing momentary strangers to quickly become sister, become community.

Then we begin by softening the body and releasing physical tension through some deeply reading yin stretches, held a little longer, as well as some gentle, fluid movements to really open through tightness and bring expansion into our tightest areas.

Then breath.
