Hunter-gatherers were far more gatherers than they were hunters, but humans today and fallen far from these roots. Instead of gathering leaves, berries, seeds, nuts, fruits & vegetables for our 90% plant-based diet, we nip to the shop which has everything we could ever want: all fruits no matter the season, refined sugar and processed oils hidden in most shelf-stored products.

We can't have a conversation about health in our body, without talking vitamins and minerals. Where do these come from? Plants. Things grown from the Earth. No added ingredients, chemicals, processed sugar: just pure, natural, medicinal produce.
