February New Moon Sound Ceremony

As we're beginning to settle into this new year of life which we have been blessed with, let us stay connected to where we intend to head, and how we intend to move lovingly forwards. Breathing with positive intention, healing with ceremonial cacao and vibrational sound: these evenings aid our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental healing and development from all angles. While equipping us with tools for our every day use, and every day conscious healing.

These evenings are open to everyone. We do gentle stretching, sample deep breathwork, drink ceremonial cacao with our intentions, and then surrender to a blissful journey through cosmic sound.
