5-Week Rebirthing Breathwork Journey

Rebirthing Breathwork is an immense healing tool, with the ability and divinity to give us the healing and insights we're ready for.

Rebirthing Breathwork differs to other forms of mainstream Breathwork. It is regarded as the spiritual form of Breathwork because of the transcendental experiences it can cause, it is known as the mother of Breathwork because no matter what comes up, we feel held, suppprted and safe to be our own loving witness in our own healing journey.

Everyone's experience of Rebirthing is different, and each session is unique to the last. From visions and downloads to universal, Godly journeys, there is no way to describe what will arise in you, it is totally unique and perfect each time.
